- Expression of Interest are invited for Analysis of E-Mobility/EVs sector in Armenia The objective is to assess the environment, identify necessities for market creation and provide recommendations for further actions. Also, to assess investment potential of related sectors (automotive industries, EVs battery production, e-Mobility/EVs secondary markets, e-Mobility/EVs utilities/system-charging operators, other electric vehicles, development and management of services through electromobility etc.). Within this context, the objectives of the analysis are: i. To provide a comprehensive analysis of the main challenges facing e-mobility/EVs development in Armenia with a view to identifying gaps and weaknesses in the legal, regulatory, policy and market framework for the sector, and to articulate key steps that Armenia will need to take to increase the attractiveness of e-mobility in domestic and export markets. ii. Assess Armenias international competitiveness and identify segments capable of generating opportunities for new investment, and attracting FDI.
