The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.
Additional financing information: A Sovereign loan in the amount of up to EUR 10.63 million in favour of the Republic of Armenia to co-finance the modernisation of a border crossing point (“BCP”) near the town of Meghri (“Meghri BCP”). EU NIP has provided: (i) an investment grant in the amount of EUR 10.52 million and (ii) technical assistance package for project implementation in the amount of EUR 0.7 million as approved by the EU NIP Board in December 2018.
