• Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services - Selection of Individual Advisor The consultant should carry out the following works: • To support the interaction of beneficiaries, TPP and consultants/suppliers/contractors in matters related to the HTS and HTM, • Coordinated work with beneficiaries, project managers and other specialists, ensuring the alignment of tasks related to the HST, TSP and HTM and the general objectives of the project, contributing to the realization of the objectives of the Project. • Prepare analytical and progress reports of the tasks related to the HTST, TPTSA and HTM on the assignment of the project coordinator, • assist the beneficiaries in writing technical instructions for works, services and products related to the HTST, TPTS and HTM, especially in the development of the technical characteristics and specifications of the necessary computer, organizational and household equipment and communication networks and means, • monitor the execution of sub-programs related to the HTST, TPTS and HTM and, upon request, submit reports and conclusions to the Project Coordinator regarding the progress and results of their implementation, • collect data on monitoring indicators of performance, reporting or delivery of each sub-project related to the HTS, TPTS and HTM, as well as submit a professional opinion on their quality and compliance with the conditions stipulated in the contract • participate in the processes of acceptance of services, reports on the performed works and delivered goods related to the HTST, TRTSA and HTM, present professional conclusions on them, • immediately take measures to solve problems arising during the implementation of sub-programs under his professional control, • ensure the timely and efficient implementation of the sub-programs related to the HST, TPTSA and HTM provided by the Program, • carry out the necessary organizational and analytical services related to the HTST, TPTSA and HTM, etc. The consultant must meet the following qualification criteria and must have: • at least higher education in the fields of IT, applied mathematics/physics, or higher education and at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the IT field, • At least five years of work experience in the field of technical support and communication technologies, • a letter of recommendation issued by the employer/customer.
