- Theassignment aims to support the WB to advice the government to enhance the citizen-centricdesign for service delivery at the State Migration Service with a focus on citizenshipand residency life event. The design will lead to the implementation ofinnovative digital technologies across all stages of citizenship and residencyservices, including granting and termination of citizenship and registration ofresidency/addresses. The objective is to leverage design thinking andcitizen-centric design approaches to enhance citizen experience, reduce manualinterventions and ease the workload on back-office staff. The ultimatesolutions will be designed to be scalable, extensible, and interoperable,aligning with Armenia's digital architecture to support long-term efficiencyand integration.
