- The overall purpose of this formative mid-term evaluation is to provide a rigorous and independent assessment of the implementation and results to date of Armenia's education sector reforms as outlined in the Education Development Programme until 2030 with special consideration of gender, inclusivity and human-rights, particularly child rights. Although the evaluation will focus on the results achieved up to 2025, the findings and recommendations should inform the development of detailed 2027-2030 AP.
