This will be achieved through developing and operationalizing the CEC's Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Policy Framework, integrating inclusion priorities into the CEC Development Strategy and Roadmap 2024 2028, and aligning practices with international accessibility and human rights standards, including the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with special needs (CRPD). Key focus areas include institutional capacity-building, accessibility enhancement, and participatory policy development.
