- The primary objective of this assignment is to assist theSRC on evaluation of the overall technical health of the tax platform;identification of the risks and inefficiencies, remediation plans andmodernization pathways; defining the readiness for potential cloud migration ordigital transformation, as well as to ensure increased effectiveness andtransparency of tax administration processes by conducting a quick business process review (BPR) fortransition to new electronic systems (Taxpayer-4 System and new Electronic System for Filing Reports) in theState Revenue Committee (SRC), as well as developing a hi-level technicalspecification of the mentioned systems, including IT architecture, benchmarkinginternational best practice (as the required standard to achieve).
