• Search for outsourcing suppliers of 1C specialists in Armenia
  Ozon is searching for a partner who could provide the services of 1C specialists in Armenia
  
  Requirements for the supplier of outsourcing of 1C specialists in Armenia.
  1. Supplier Requirements
  1.1. Staff of 1C specialists confirmed by personnel dataat least 10 people.
  1.2. The total number of 1C certificates for full-time employeesat least 10 pieces.
  2. Procurement subject
  2.1. Services of the work of 1C specialists on the instructions of the Customer in the total amount of up to 2,000 hours (for the period of the contract, for up to a year).
  2.2. The supplier provides a price agreement indicating the hourly rates for attracting specialists under the contract.
  3. The order of registration of services and settlements on them
  3.1. Works are carried out according to assignments for work performance. Tasks are issued in the Customer's system.
  3.2. The contractor makes a preliminary assessment of labor costs and the duration of work on the assignment
  3.3. On a monthly basis, the Contractor provides work time sheets for each specialist in the context of Day, Task and a summary register of work performed for all specialists. The Contractor's specialists report at least weekly on labor costs in the Task card in the Customer's system.
  3.4. The services rendered are paid monthly according to the registers of work performed approved by the Customer.
  4. Involvement of the Contractor's specialists to perform work under the contract
  4.1. The Customer forms the requirements of specialisation for the allocation of the Contractor's specialists
  4.2. The Contractor provides a list of specialists that meet the requirements of the Customer, with a portfolio of each specialist and an indication of the grade
  4.3. The customer can conduct an interview when choosing a specialist for compliance with the requirements and grade evaluation.
  5. General requirements for the Contractor's specialists
  5.1. Experience in the field of specialization (analyst, 1C consultant, 1C developer) from one year
  5.2. Compliance with the "System of standards and methods for developing configurations for the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform" (https://its.1c.ru/db/v8std).
  6. Specific requirements for the tasks of the 1C project in Armenia:
  6.1. For consultants and analysts:
  6.1.1. Good knowledge of 1C configuration: Integrated automation in terms of accounting or personnel records and payroll.
  6.1.2. Good understanding of the methodology of accounting, accounting and reporting of Armenia in 1C.
  6.1.3. Experience in working with business requirements (their collection and formalization to the level of technical specifications).
  6.1.4. Experience of participation in integration projects between 1C and other ERP systems is highly desirable
  6.2. For developers:
  6.2.1. excellent knowledge of SKD.
  6.2.2. programming of the managed interface 1C 8.3.
  6.2.3. working with HTTP services and XML.
  7. Required amount of resources at the start and timing
  7.1. Senior/Lead Analyst 1C - 2 people
  7.2. Senior / Leading Developer 1C - 2 people
  7.3. Start of work - 03.04.2023
  7.4. The minimum period for which the involvement of specialists is required is 6 months, those from April 2023 to September 2023
