Tenders are invited for Selection of an Individual Consultant for the Implementation of the Assignment of Financial Management Specialist-Consultant" within the Framework of The "Second Social Protection Administration" Loan Program of the World Bank The consultant should carry out the following works: • Launch the project's financial management system, • Manage and update the Project's accounting system procedures (Financial Management Manual); • Carry out the accounting of the Project in accordance with the general accounting principles and RA legislation, • Ensure the implementation of Project accounting in accordance with WB guidelines and regulations, providing also the possibility of auditing by international independent auditors, • Prepared Project audited financial statements and system Project audit arrangements; cooperate fully with the auditor and ensure access to all required documents and information related to the audit. • Prepare and submit unaudited semi-annual interim financial statements (IFS) to WB within the time and order specified in the Financing Agreement. • Properly monitor the proper use of the financial resources of the Project, • Ensure accurate and complete recording of Project funds, • Manage Project Specific account.
