Tenders are invited for Supply of All in One Computers 48 All in One Printer 08 Laptop Computer 01 Normal Ups 48 Online 1 Kva Ups 08 Bid Security: 91440/-. Non Refundable: 3500/-. Interested bidders may obtain further details from the Chief Accountant (Tel. 025-2222432) Provincial Department of Education, North Central Province and Accountant of the Polonnaruwa Zonal Education Office (Tel. 027-2226982) and the bid documents may be inspected in the same address during the office hours between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. until 16.09.2021. Qualification requirements are given in the bid documents. If the Technical Evaluation Committee decides that samples should be submitted for a certain item, such samples should be submitted within 07 days of the request. A complete set of bid documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Chief Accountant of the Provincial Department of Education, North Central Province, Anuradhapura or to the Accountant, Polonnaruwa Zonal Education Office upon payment of the abovementioned non-refundable fee. Payments should be made in cash. Bids should be perfected in duplicate as Original and Duplicate and should be inserted in separate envelopes, sealed and both envelopes should be reinserted in a single sealed cover mentioning "Purchase of Equipment for Provincial and Zonal Computer Resource Centres" and the Contract Number on the left hand top corner of the envelope. Perfected bids may either be sent by registered post addressed to "Chairman, Departmental Procurement Com- mittee, Provincial Department of Education, North Central Province, Anuradhapura" or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the office to receive before 11.00 a.m. on 17.09.2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to be present at the time of opening of bids.
